I feel nauseous off and on and my head’s doing brain fog because I’m putting myself out there. I’m looking for an excuse not to do it… any excuse.
And there’s a sinking feeling in my belly aka ‘the dreads.’

The big H is a biological process to keep all our body vital signs and organs the same, ticking over as they always do. Without it, hello medical emergency.
Add to that our primitive reptilian brain shouting ‘DANGERRRRRR’ every time we move a millimetre into the ‘different,’ the unknown.
Some people seem to thrive on and love pushing the envelope. Sometimes I do but there are times when I don’t. And this is one of them.
