Part of having a meaningful life is having something to stand for that you’re passionate about.
It could be doing cross-stitch, being a political activist, flying kites, stamp collecting, the work you devote yourself to (which then stops being ‘work’), building a particular kind of business, volunteering in a particular field or… whatever!
If it’s aligned with your Wild Soul and integrity that’s the only authority you need to make a stand for whatever your thing is. And it’s freakin’ gorgeous when you do!
In the currently crazy world in which we live it’s just too easy to collapse, give up and retire. For example, I mentioned Cop, 27 or 28 or whatever its number this year, in my last blog post. Yet again, another talking shop where what people agree to say was agreed seems more important than taking real solid action…
Grrrrrrr!
Anyhow, I was reminded about making a stand today when I came across something I wrote last spring. Re-reading it my heart swelled. I wanted to dance and sing and swing a beautiful silver sword boldly along the traces of my life… SHAZAM!
I wrote…
‘Here’s what I stand for!
I believe every woman has the right to the riches of her own Wild Soul, her magnificent spiritual and potential blueprint, and to collaborate with its fail proof inner guidance system so she can navigate her life energised, enthusiastic and free.
The problem is too many women waste time, effort and money on ‘therapists’ who only skim the surface and don’t address women’s deep seated and sacred hunger to be who they were designed to be rather than who they were conditioned to be.
Clearing away some psychological crap or zapping some ‘negative’ core belief or mind-set or teaching her a new behaviour is not on its own enough to satisfy or even reach that holy hunger.
The solution is to see every woman as her own divine expert and the problem she experiences as a clue to what of her precious Wild Soul potential is pushing to be birthed.
And to hold a bi-focal vision and approach so her real-time problem can be resolved and her timeless evolutionary urge for healing, wholeness and the ‘more’ that she really is can also be fulfilled.‘
This makes me rejoice with all of my gorgeous being, feeling blessed and grateful.
What do you stand for magnificent woman?
Love and wild warm wishes…

You are perfect imperfection
A divine light that yearns to shine.
So shine, woman, shine!
PS… In my seventies, I’m aware there’s more time behind than there is in front of me. So I’m going to make the most of my current time by spreading the word about wonderful women’s emancipation from the inside out! I’d love it if you’d help me with that and let me know what magazines and periodicals you read. Drop me a line at sharon@thewildelder.com with big, wild and warm thanks for helping me so well.
