Wow… what a week!

Novak Djokovic gets halted in his tracks by 21-year-old Carlos Alcaraz, England loses the Euro final and there’s an assassination attempt on Trump.

And the lesson is??? Perhaps…

Despite your best efforts to turn back time, ageing slows your body down!

Sometimes we don’t achieve what we desire but, surely, coming second is worth valuing!

And…

Well, I doubt there’s one causal factor with the Trump event. However, what I know is ‘as you sow, so shall you reap’ and divisive, hate-full rhetoric isn’t good for your well-being, let alone anyone else’s!

So, where am I going with all of this?

I saw shedloads of passion, self-belief and determination in Alcatraz which was late coming to the England football squad but abounds in Trump.

Such qualities can be used for the power of good or not good.

And it’s so easy to go down the “not good” route.

Every time I gossip about someone, every time I criticise someone, every time I compare myself unfavourably with someone else, I’m being hate-full… to others or myself!

So, I’m making a stand by choosing to do something else.

No more gossiping. No more criticising. And no more “comparinitis”. From here on in, I’m going to consciously align myself with the forces for good whenever I feel the urge to be hate-full.

What do you see out there in the world that you can clean up in yourself, woman?

And when will you make your stand?

Love and wild warm wishes…
