You create a New Year goal and feel all pumped up, only to drown later in disappointment as most of them crash and burn within weeks.
Resolutions just don’t stick!
So, ENOUGH of the guilt trips and boring promises that fizzle out like flat champagne.
STOP!
Instead of writing a goal that fades faster than the holiday decorations, think about aligning your goals with your deeper purpose, your mission on earth.
Because…
Midlife is a powerful time for realignment. Many of us feel the itch to figure out what’s next. We want to rediscover ourselves, not just patch over what’s not working.
And when your goals are rooted in what truly fires you up, they become naturally motivating. They fuel you… They excite you… They stick!
Every step forward isn’t just progress; it’s powerful, Wild-Soul-satisfying momentum. You’re not grinding out just another SMART objective; you’re living in a way that feels right for you.
And guess what?
Finding your purpose doesn’t have to be a struggle that requires a painful deep dive or a PhD in self-discovery.
A full-frontal emotional or logical attack only makes your Wild Soul and its inner wisdom retreat!
Instead…
🔥 Check out my Growth Tip below for a natural and effortless way to reconnect with what truly lights you up.
This year, dump the resolutions…
Tune into your Wild Soul’s inner wisdom for what you’re meant to be being/doing rather than what you think you should!
I can’t wait to hear where you go with this…
Until next time, magnificent woman…
Until the next time!
GROWTH TIP… Finding Your Purpose Sideways & Left Field!
• Make a love list – Write down everything you’ve ever loved doing or being, from childhood to now.
• Take your time – Spread this over a few days; memories will surface as you go.
• Spot the theme – Circle the top three things that call to you. Look for a shared theme.
• No pressure – If a theme doesn’t jump out, don’t force it. Stay curious, not strained.
• Embrace the unexpected – However strange the insights seem, trust the process.
• Different ways of knowing – Your mission might come as words, images, body sensations, or an abstract sense.
• Honour the ‘nothing’ – If nothing appears, you’re in a marinating phase. Let it unfold in its own time.
• Watch for signs – A song, a film, a billboard—anything could trigger a revelation.
• Stay open, be curious, and chill.
Bonus Reflection:
• Who are the top three people you admire most?
• Why?
• What do they have in common?
• What do your answers reveal about your mission?
