So here I am sitting in the bar of a delicious hotel in town; air conditioning whirring and cold cold drinks. I’ve been working on my Spirit School 9 week training that launches in October. And I love it!

To be clear, I love my Spirit School and developing it so it’s ready to SHAZAM in the autumn. AND… I love working away from my home office in this gorgeous hotel.

My creative juices are unleashed by the absence of putting the washing on, making myself drinks and food and dealing with the general same four walls situation. I’ve been so much more productive and with eeeeeeze!

Is it the same for you when you work away?

I have a little hide-away locally with the best bacon ciabatta for miles. But I had forgotten how delicious it is to be so well taken care of in a seven stars’ way.

I got out of the habit during lockdown. But as I got ready to meet two gorgeous women here for afternoon tea, I remembered and bunged my laptop into its bag. Creativity here I come!

And the moral of the story is… Treating yourself deliciously is always but always a good investment.

If my Wild Soul could purr it would be oh so purring now!

Now some would say I’m being a spendthrift or I’m being decadent treating myself so gorgeously.

In fact, there’s a part of me saying that goldarnit!

Having been brought up when, if you left food on your plate, you would be told to eat it all up because there were African children who were starving.

I don’t quite get the logic but it was an effective remonstration.

You’d clear your plate whether you wanted it or not!

So that part of me can take a hike because treating yourself very well, whatever that means for you, is most definitely the way to go…

Join me?

Love and wild warm wishes…

Sharon Eden, The Wild Elder

Find your divine spark and direction,
Know who you are, where you’re going
And what you came here to do!

PS… So far 9 women have asked to be kept in the loop as I develop Spirit School and could potentially benefit from the early bird and being the #1 Training Cohort. I’m not interested in pile-em-high working with hundreds of women. I’m interested in the quality you can have in a small group. So, if you’d like to be kept in the loop too, just let me know!
