So freakin’ SHAZAM excited!
I began writing my legacy book yesterday.
Tears in eyes!
You know how it is when you write an ‘about me’ introduction post in a Facebook group. Mmm… what do I write? What should I be saying? Ya-di-ya-di-yaaa!
Not this time…
I began… and the rest flowed from my heart, my guts and, of course, my awesome Wild Soul. Read on to discover what I said in the post, my inspiration and what you’ll get from this freakin’, one helluva powerful book!
‘I teach mid-life women who feel lost how to find divine direction so they can update who they are, where they’re going and what they came here to do!
And, as I believe your life’s too precious to be spending months and months and months, or even years and years, in therapy, most women who work with me resolve their difficulty AND evolve in just 6 sessions. A definite SHAZAM!
While I’ve published before, I’m holding this book as my legacy book… and my mother’s legacy too!
I was in transition, knowing there was more for me to be and do than specialise in helping people recover from depression. Then my Mum became terminally ill and my ‘more to be and do’ intuition was swept away by supporting her and maintaining my life the best I could.
Doing that mainly on my own, I became just a little crazy toward the end.
In her last few days I overheard a remark she made to no-one in particular. I couldn’t cope with the enormity of it, the shock of it and the pain of it.
She said simply… ‘What a waste of a life!’
Months of personal and professional turmoil followed her passing. As well as grieving, the sense of ‘more to be and do’ returned. And I began to download bits of information and clues about my future.
Over time I pieced them together and, in a lightbulb moment, realised my truth.
I was to move forward specialising in working with ‘women who don’t want to die with a wasted life!’
Then, with an evolutionary push, shove and humungous poke from my Wild Soul and the divine, I expanded my lived experience of spirituality and trained loads more. The result? I’m psychic, a clairaudient, clairsentient, sometimes clairvoyant, and include what I call beyond-beyond in my work… and life!
Add to all that my psychotherapeutic, training and coaching expertise and you have one freakin’ powerful combo!
The current working title of my book is How Down & Dirty Spirituality can Amp Up your Business… And your Life!
I think it will follow the contours of my Women’s Down & Dirty Spirituality School: Myth Busting, Basecamp, Going Up, Manifesting, Enliven Relationships, Your Spiritual Fingerprint, Archetypes and Guides, Living in Abundance, Speak your Truth, Where Spirit Meets the Garbage Collector, The End….
But who knows once I get working on this programme.
