So much goes on in this world of ours that sometimes it’s just too much… Too much noise, too much conflict and hate, too much disaster, too much haranguing, too much abuse, too much TOO MUCH!
I know there are times when I shout at whatever medium is assaulting me, “For feck’s sake, ENOUGH!” Particularly when it’s Trump at one of his rallies…
White rich old privileged male with all the “isms” you could ever not want!

What a contrast when at 7.30am BST this morning I sat online with a small group of men as we were guided through a deep meditation… Absolute bliss 💜
Yes, I was the only woman present. And with these men, the energy of gentleness, collaboration and comradeship was palpable across the airwaves.
What a contrast…
Unless you live in a cabin in the outback with no wi-fi or passing travellers, you too will be impinged on by the happenings of the world, much of which is toxic.
So, it’s imperative you redress the balance for your personal and spiritual well-being. Meditation, altruism, dancing, yoga, exercise, whatever does it for you…
BTW changing your mood is achieved the quickest by dancing your ass off!

The male leader of this morning’s meditation group sent out the link to a glorious poem. While I advocate letting things be rather than attempting to let them go, I couldn’t not share it with you…

BTW letting be, letting go? For me, it’s all the same in this poem which tells it exactly how it is. Kinda creeps up on you.
