Everything is exactly as it needs to be… even if it’s freakin’ insane!
With forest fires raging, floods displacing thousands, violent attacks on the rise, poverty tightening its grip, and the far right gaining momentum across Europe, you’d be forgiven for thinking that “everything is exactly as it needs to be” is a steaming pile of New Age nonsense.
But it’s not!
More about that later.
First, a backstory…
Last autumn, from October until just before Christmas, I had a brief but intense fling with a man. He seemed everything I had asked the Universe for… kind, considerate, tactile, intelligent, funny, sexy, and aligned with my values.
What I forgot to specify in my cosmic order is that he would be emotionally available and come equipped with a lifelong attention span!
So, it ended, and for a short while, I was heartbroken. I felt abandoned, rejected, not good enough and even hoodwinked.
It felt as if, unexpectedly, I’d been given something wonderful and, just as quickly, had it ripped away!
But here’s the thing…
You can move through a maelstrom and emerge on the other side, not just intact but transformed.
You can evolve into more of who you were designed to be, into more of your untapped magnificence, rather than the woman you were conditioned to be.
And that’s what I did in a relatively short space of time: I turned inward and gave the heartbroken part of me all the love, adoration, and acceptance it needed to heal and grow.
And I made another evolutionary shift through the whole experience…
For the first time in decades, after years of keeping my heart safely out of reach, I had finally and deeply opened myself to Love.
Not just in theory, not just in daydreams, but in real, tangible, Wild-Soul-baring reality. I had allowed a man into my inner world. I had shared my preciousness.
And from that?
Another seismic shift….
A deeper realization about the rich, loving, generous woman I am. A hugely deepened appreciation of myself, my worth and my magnificence personally and professionally.
A huge, full-bodied, unapologetic WOO-HOO!
And if those transformations are possible in the microcosm, they’re certainly possible in the macrocosm too.
Because yes, everything IS exactly as it needs to be!
The chaos, the upheaval, the destruction… It’s the necessary breakdown before the breakthrough. The death throes of an old, crumbling order making space for something new, something greater.
It’s an opportunity for humanity to evolve, to rise into who we were designed to be, compassionate, connected, deeply alive, and loving.
I’m not naïve. It might take centuries; astrology certainly suggests so, but make no mistake…
It has begun, woman.
It has begun.
GROWTH TIP… Connecting with Love…
You can never connect too often with the divine and healing energy of Love. Here’s a simple way to do just that:
• Sit comfortably – Feet flat on the floor, your back against the chair.
• Breathe deeply – A few times and focus deep down into your belly.
• Imagine Love’s energy – Like warm, golden rays of the sun slowly embracing you from head to toe.
• Adjust the warmth – If it feels too intense, soften it; if it feels too faint, turn it up. Trust what feels right for you.
• Notice how you feel – As you are embraced and bathed by the sun’s warm rays carrying the divine and healing energy of Love.
• Take a mental snapshot – Capture your experience and how you feel so you can return to it at any time you want.
• Gently return – Begin to turn your attention outward again, feeling your back and bottom against the chair and your feet pressed against the floor… And, when you are ready…
• Slowly open your eyes – And come back into your room, bringing with you the divine and healing energy of Love.
✨ Repeat as often as needed ✨
No matter how chaotic or distressing the world may seem, remember this… The divine and healing energy of Love is the highest force for the greater good of all beings and our Earth.
This doesn’t mean you won’t feel distressed. Allow yourself to feel fully and freely so that emotions can move through you rather than be trapped inside.
What it does mean is that once you’ve honoured your feelings, you can reconnect with Love, for yourself, for others, for the world. In so doing, you join millions of other Wild Souls intentionally working for the highest and most magnificent good for us all.
