This is going to be short and sweet. Oh… I should have said, (notice the ‘should’), ‘I hope you had a good Easter break.’ But you know what, I’m feeling bolshie. I’m feeling like I’ve had it with politeness and small talk and being ‘nice.’
Who wants to be ‘nice?’ It’s so beige. It’s so a life half-lived. Instead of, ‘I hope you had a good Easter break.’ I want to say…
‘I hope you danced your butt off to hot and life-affirming music,’ or
‘I hope you read great books until your eyeballs fell out,’ or
‘I hope you did nothing decadently and luxuriously.’
No half-measures!
You’ve got to grasp life by the divine feminine and squeeze all the sweet juice you can out of her.
That’s it!
That’s all I want to say… Well, not quite all!
Part of that juice squeezing is about connection with your Wild Soul, the carrier of your original design that knows your TRUE heart’s desire. Not what you or others think/believe ‘should’ be your heart’s desire but your TRUE heart’s desire.
Not only that, but your Wild Soul’s inner wisdom can help guide you to its manifestation. No freakin’ ‘shoulds’ here. Just align with the energy of all-things-that-be to give you a life fully lived.
I used to know a woman who said my writing suggested there was something wrong with her that needed putting right. In her case, I learned through bitter experience, what she saw in my writing was absolutely accurate. But that’s a whole other story!
My writing and my work have nothing to do with something being wrong with you. However you feel about yourself, you’ve done a great job getting to where you are. My writing and work are about you being EVEN MORE of the magnificent YOU you are, undomesticated, untrapped… if that’s a word… vital, and firing on all cylinders.
And that’s what I wish for me too. Even in my quiet moments, that I squeeze all the sweet juice that I can so when I die it won’t be with a wasted life…
