I know the fabulous Lionesses might make you think of a sports team but I’m not talking about your sports life… if you have one… or your work life, or your social, personal or domestic life either.
What I’m talking about is your beyond-beyond life…

I call this team your Spiritual Board.
I was trying to write some marketing stuff recently for my 6-session therapeutic programme and the words just wouldn’t come. I huffed and I puffed, but all I got was a big fat zero.
You know how it is…
I strained to create something and the more I strained the more constipated I became. And the more constipated I became, the more frustrated I got and…
And then I remembered.
I closed my eyes, breathed deeply and asked for help from my Spiritual Copywriting Expert. My body relaxed and, within a minute or so, my fingers began typing as the words started flowing.
