I meet online with my book coach and two book-writing buddies on a Monday. And, yesterday, amidst our normal jocularity, the standing down of President Biden and all things America came up, including Kamala Harris.
I don’t know about you but I’d heard pundits in the past describe her as “sidelined” in the Biden administration. Also, given what happened to Hilary Clinton when she stood for President, I was pessimistic about her chances against Trump.

What’s American politics got to do with the price of bread?
Well, it’s not American politics but Kamala Harris that’s got to do with the price of bread!
I watched her visit the Biden/Harris campaign centre in Delaware and I saw her, heard her, listened to her giving a speech.
And???
I saw a woman standing in her power…
I saw a woman pacing what she said and using a tone of voice to ensure she got listened to.
I saw a woman who wasn’t afraid of the bully. Indeed, I saw a woman who held the promise of eating him for breakfast.
I saw a charismatic, passionate woman laying out her political agenda with a sharp mind, full heart and energetic guts.
From the soft and receptive to the strong and assertive. From the mother’s breast to the warrioress. From the sensitively watchful to the powerfully active.
I saw the Divine Feminine in Kamala Harris here on earth and in freakin’ action.
She could do it!
Despite the odds stacked against her, she put hope, courage and a fire in my heart. I fervently pray she does that for as many Americans as it takes to vote her in decisively.
She personifies Divine Feminine energy and the potential for every last one of us. And I am joyful because…
