Prince Harry lost his appeal at the Court of Appeal in London concerning his challenge against the UK government’s decision to downgrade his publicly funded police protection during visits to the UK.
He receives police protection, but it’s limited and doesn’t match the comprehensive security he previously had as a working royal. And, as it’s assessed individually for each trip, it’s not guaranteed.
In an interview, he said that he didn’t feel safe, and it wasn’t safe to bring his family here. He also said that his father wasn’t speaking to him because of this issue, and he would love to be reconciled with his family.

You might or might not be a royalist, but what’s incontestable is their marketability and soft diplomatic power to benefit the UK.
He walked away from all that and now expects tax-paying citizens, you and me, to shell out for the same security he had as a working royal!
That’s what’s known as chutzpah, i.e., a bloody cheek!
Once again, he plays the victim… Daddy won’t speak to him because of the security issue. Presumably, Daddy thinks it’s a bloody cheek too!
And, as for reconciliation, who castigated his family? Who aired some very dirty linen in public and, ooo, I almost forgot, accused his brother of attacking him?
Poor diddum!
Show me two brothers who haven’t got physical at some point in their relationship, especially when the testosterone floods in.
ENOUGH!
When I dug deep into myself, I realised, apart from his histrionics and paranoia, what really got me was seeing white male privilege writ large!
Because of who he is, he believes he’s entitled to the things he’s claiming, just as the patriarchy breeds entitlement above women and anyone the patriarchy deems “not one of us, chaps!”
Come the freakin’ revolution, woman.
